2010 Fall Softball League Registration


Welcome to another season of Softball at BeBop!  We hope the summer season met or exceeded your softball expectations...which is why we'd like to invite you back, to our 2010 Fall League!
The Entry Fee is $450.00 for single games, and $650.00 for doubleheaders (Tax Included), with a minimum $200.00 deposit required at the time of registration to hold your team's spot.  If you are not paying the balance in full, you must do so on or before August 1st.

Registration will begin June 15th, with returning Summer League Teams having priority until June 30th for the same night they played last year.  New teams may submit registration early but are not guaranteed a spot until priority registration is completed.

Registration may be made by cash, check or select credit cards in person at BeBop during normal business hours.

Additional Information
BeBop Curfew:  Lights Out is at 11:00pm, 7 days a week.  This means we can take 28 teams a night, but get your entry in EARLY as we turned teams away again last year.
   
Teams will play either a 10-game (single games) league schedule or 20-game (double-headers) league schedule, starting August 8th, plus an optional In-House Double elimination Weekend Tournament.
   
Registration officially begins June 15, 2010.  Returning Summer League teams have priority registration until June 30, 2010 for the same night they played last year.
   
Final registration deadline is August 1, 2010.  NO TEAM IS CONSIDERED FULLY REGISTERED UNTIL THEY ARE PAID IN FULL.  New teams may submit their registration early, but are not guaranteed a spot until priority registration is complete.  All registrations for new teams will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
   

Tournament Berths: State/regional tournament berths will be paid for teams that win their respective league, plus winners of the mid-season tournaments if these teams WANT to go on to state or regional competition. Teams intending to go to state or regional play, MUST NOTIFY BeBop by June 30 so we can reserve the berth with the state. MRPA cost for state or regional tournament is $150.00. Make check payable to “The BeBop Venue” at the time you order the berth.

   
Game times are at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm and 10pm (teams will have not more than 3 games at 10).  EXCEPTION: rainout makeup games which may require us to schedule additional games at 10pm.  We will try to schedule any makeup games as a back to back double header.
* Sunday Night leagues will start at 5pm game times will be at 8pm in most cases.  9pm will be used for makeup games.  Again, we will try and schedule makeup games as a back to back doubleheader.
